«Towerkomplex» residential and commercial project

In an exemplary partnership, Mettler Entwickler AG and Swiss Life have acquired an attractive plot in Neuhegi through a multi-stage bidding process.

Located directly next to the suburban railway station, this plot enjoys first-class transport connections and is situated in the vibrant heart of the new urban centre. This means that expectations for the urban planning and architectural design of the future building ensemble are high, and both companies aim to go above and beyond with their expertise and experience in property development.

The project proposed by Graf Biscioni Architekten in collaboration with Lorenz Eugster Landschaftsarchitektur was the unanimous winner of a carefully conducted study contract in which six renowned architectural firms took part. The outstanding winning project is an impressive, 40-metre-high building with ca. 150 apartments  at the point of intersection between Sulzerallee and the public park strip in Neuhegi. It is complemented by a multifunctional and flexible office building that offers a wide range of potential uses on a rental area of around 11,000 m². This visionary concept promises to radiate far beyond Neuhegi and establish a new point of interest in the cityscape.
