«Streuli Park» Uznach – A New Place to Connect
On the current industrial site of Streuli Pharma AG, a vibrant and diverse urban district is taking shape. Located right next to the train station and just a short walk from Uznach’s historic old town, «Streuli Park» is where urban living, residential space and recreational greenery come together.
Covering around 28'000 m², the site offers space for a new beginning. Where pharmaceuticals were once produced, people will soon live, shop, play and relax. At the heart of the development lies a public park spanning one hectare – a green space for encounters, relaxation and community life. Existing landmarks such as the «yellow house» and the large linden tree will be preserved, providing identity and continuity amidst change.
«Streuli Park» stands for diversity and inclusion: Around 400 contemporary apartments in various sizes will offer living space for singles, families and seniors.
