«Sitter Valley», set amongst the St. Gallen river landscape, is about to enter an exciting era. Sitter Projekt AG, a joint venture between Mettler Entwickler AG and FILTROX AG, has taken over the site.
In a collaborative endeavour, we will work with FILTROX to drive forward the redevelopment of the site. From 2025, the existing commercial space and building land reserves will be gradually transformed into a dynamic commercial, production and innovation centre that promises diversity and future-orientated development.
The newly founded company will take over all existing rental agreements on the «Sitter Valley» site. The area is already home to FILTROX and several innovative companies that operate successfully there. This location is characterised by its excellent accessibility and its attractive countryside location, directly on the Sitter river. With the Kreuzbleiche motorway junction just a few minutes away and a well-connected PostBus and bus stop, the site offers optimal transport links, making it an ideal location for companies that value both a natural environment and good transport connections.
