New residential and commercial building «Rorschacherstrasse 135»
In St. Gallen, Mettler Entwickler carried out a study commission procedure on behalf of Novavest Real Estate. The aim was to determine the development strategy for the buildings at Rorscherstrasse 133 - 137. The «Eisbar» project by architects Maerz AG emerged as the favorite from the study commission process.
The winning project was further developed. The result is a new building that blends in seamlessly with the existing buildings and the cityscape. One highlight of the project is the innovative plan to run the Oberer Fidesweg under the new building. This project demonstrates not only our innovative spirit, but also our commitment to enriching St. Gallen in the long term.
Under the auspices of VISIONAPARTMENT, a stylish new apartment building has been created that offers a contemporary living solution for leisure and business travelers.
