«Grienmattpark» residential complex
At the heart of the «Zentrum Nord» master plan in Liestal, Mettler Entwickler AG has built the «Grienmattpark» residential complex, consisting of 25 modern apartments.
This centrally located development site has been significantly upgraded by the gradual realisation of this project, characterised by impressive building structures, extensive green spaces and the picturesque element of the Orisbach stream.
The three interconnected building sections C4, C5 and C6 form an elegant U-shaped residential complex. When designing the individual apartments, the focus was on maximising privacy and optimising sunlight. The spacious, sheltered, south-west facing balconies are real sun traps that make this an even more enjoyable place to live. The buildings comply with the Minergie standard and are equipped with comfort ventilation. The heat supply is provided by environmentally friendly district heating, which is generated centrally and efficiently.
