The project proposed by Kägi & Schnabel Architekten AG from Basel won the 2016 study contract for the Hubacher and Rennbahnklinik sites. The architects put forward a convincing case thanks to their sharp analysis and a solid approach to urban planning. And the result of this partnership was the construction of charming apartment blocks.

Mettler Entwickler AG has created a harmonious residential ensemble consisting of five family-friendly 5½-room terraced single-family homes. At the heart of this L-shaped development is a spacious playground surrounded by a variety of green spaces that serve as central meeting points for the community. In addition, a large underground car park with space for around 150 vehicles provides a convenient and direct link between the individual buildings.
