Living and working

at «7 am Park»

Following a two-stage bidding process, Mettler Entwickler AG was awarded the contract to acquire the Reismühle site. An investor was found in the form of the Asga pension fund, who participated directly in the land purchase.

As a result, we were commissioned to take over the project development and draw up plans for an attractive residential and commercial complex on the site.

Elegant architecture meets natural idyll

The project consists of seven elegant buildings harmoniously positioned in an L-shape along Hegifeldstrasse and Rümikerstrasse. This arrangement, consisting of four-storey buildings, creates extensive open spaces to the west. The open design established a park-like environment, which is enriched with spacious communal gardens, offering a natural and relaxing space for residents.

Urban comfort and modern commercial integration

Every ground floor apartment in «7 am Park» enjoys the benefit of a private garden, which offers its own idyllic slice of the outdoors. The apartments on the higher floors feature a balcony-style pergola overlooking the garden, which provides a great place to relax and unwind. The penthouse apartments also have spacious, private roof terraces that offer exclusive views. The commercial premises are located in the northern building at the junction between Hegifeldstrasse and Rümikerstrasse. An underground car park with around 90 parking spaces connects all the buildings in the complex. In addition, nine outdoor parking spaces were created specifically for the commercial area, as well as plenty of bicycle parking spaces to meet the needs of all users.

In the midst of Hegi’s historical charm and Neuhegi’s urban dynamism

The Reismühle site, spanning an impressive 11,936 m², is situated in a charming location on the western edge of the historic village centre of Hegi. It directly borders the eastern end of the picturesque Eulachpark and the urban centre of Neuhegi. The site has excellent transport links, with three bus stations in the immediate vicinity and close proximity to the Oberwinterthur and Winterthur-Hegi railway stations. These stations efficiently connect the area with the city centre of Winterthur and the metropolis of Zurich, accessible in just five and 25 minutes respectively. In addition, the A1 motorway junction can be reached in around seven minutes, making the site an ideal location for fast and convenient connections to the region and beyond.
