Under the direction of Mettler Entwickler AG, the «on y va!» development was born, a masterpiece of modern architecture that blends seamlessly into the lively surroundings of the KIFF cultural centre.
Built to the Minergie standard, this complex is characterised by its generously lit commercial areas, which extend elegantly along the spacious forecourt on Tellistrasse.
Masterpiece with an innovative façade
The distinctive building façades feature horizontal concrete banding alongside the window areas and a storey-high, rear-ventilated profiled sheet façade, which form an aesthetic and functional unit. The concept is rounded off by the environmentally friendly, extensively landscaped roofs, which emphasise Mettler’s commitment to sustainable construction.
New sense of life
Mettler Entwickler AG has built three charming apartment blocks with rental apartments over four floors in a quiet neighbourhood. These apartments overlook beautifully designed, green recreation areas, which also serve as access to the residential buildings. A five-storey building combining residential and commercial space was constructed on the busy Tellistrasse.
