Conversion of the «Badenerstrasse 701» property

We were awarded the prestigious contract by Novavest Real Estate AG to remodel the property at «Badenerstrasse 701» in Zurich-Altstetten, transforming it into high-quality living spaces.

The property in Zurich-Altstetten, located in district 9 near Badenerstrasse, is characterised by its central location with excellent infrastructure. Both the tram stop and Zurich-Altstetten railway station are within easy walking distance, as is the nearby motorway junction. The new-build project overlooking the quiet inner courtyard and Kronenpark comprises 57 modern apartments ranging from 1½ to 3½ rooms, which have been built to meet the needs of elderly residents and are finished to an above-average specification.
